What is the quality like?

Why Did Glam Up Come About? 

As someone who personally loves press-on nails, I found myself disappointed by the lack of variety and creativity available on the market. Glam Up was created to change that.

What should I use? Glue or Glue Tabs?

Both work well — it just depends on how long you want your nails to last and how you like to wear them.

Glue

Best for:

• Long-lasting wear
• Stronger hold
• Everyday activities
• Reusable nails with proper removal
  

Lasts: Usually 1–3 weeks

Pros: Secure, durable, salon-like hold

Good to know: Removal takes a little more time and care.

Glue Tabs

Best for:

• Temporary wear
• Events, weekends, photos, or nights out
• Beginners
• Easy removal and switching designs often
  

Lasts: A few hours to several days

Pros: Gentle on natural nails, quick application, easy removal

Good to know: Not as strong as glue for long-term wear.

Ordering & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 

Orders are processed quickly so it's not possible to make changes once the order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

How to apply?

PREP:
Clean and wash nail beds with soapy water. Gently push back cuticles. Select the correct size nail for each finger and set aside in order.

GLUE APPLICATION:

1. Lightly buff nails for better hold.
2. Use alcohol wipe or some acetone to clean the nail bed.
3. Apply glue to the back of the press on nail and nail.
4. Align press on nail with cuticle, gently press on, starting from cuticle and press down and hold for 20 seconds.

EXPERT TIP:Apply enough glue to avoid air pockets, ensure strong adhesion, and extend wear.

GLUE TAB APPLICATION:

1. Select the tab that fits your nail.
2. Remove the tab holding the film handle and place the tab on the nail bed leaving a 1-2mm gap near the cuticle. Press on and push out any air bubbles.
3. Now remove the final film and place the press on the nail precisely on the glue tab .
4. Gently press on, and hold for 20 seconds.

How to Remove?

Glue- -Apply glue remover between press on and natural nails or soak nails in warm soapy water with a little oil for 15–20 minutes. Use cuticle stick to pry press on from the side of your nail.
Glue Tab-Soak nails in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Use a cuticle stick to get under the press on the nail bed from the side of the nail and lift off. 
Do not force or pull nails off.

How long does delivery take?
Standard metro delivery typically takes 8–12 business days. Please allow 10-15 days for rural areas, including TAS and WA. Please take this into account when ordering. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way to you.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia. Stay tuned as we expand to more markets!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? 
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery of unworn or unused items and in its original packaging. Please note we do not cover the cost of returning an item.

How do I start a return or exchange? 
Contact us at info@glamup.com.au with your order number and reason, and we'll guide you through the process.

Products & Sizing

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart for the best fit.

How long do the nails last?
This varies person to person due to usage and care. Multiple uses is to be expected. If you want Longivity, I have found the solid colours last longer than the artwork nails.

What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and sort it out.

What about pools, baths, saunas, showering, or doing the dishes?

To remove your nails, the seal created by the glue or glue tabs needs to be broken so water can soak underneath. As long as the seal remains intact, your nails will stay secure.

We recommend avoiding water for at least 1 hour after application to allow the glue or glue tabs to fully set. After that, feel free to enjoy all your usual water activities!
